SCHOOL-WIDE ANNOUNCEMENTS

A Community of Generosity Drives Our Mission

Gracious donors inside and outside our walls see the value, benefit, and, more importantly, the impact of CVCA on the trajectory of each student, their family, future vocation, and their community. God is doing great work through CVCA, and He continues to use your gifts to help fund the needs of our students, families, and teachers. Please join us in praying for our community as we get closer to our October Month of Giving.

Our Prayer: Father God, guide us to be faithful stewards of the resources You’ve entrusted to us, for we know that all we’ve been blessed with is ultimately Yours. Let our generosity reflect Your own, showing the world Your boundless love and grace. Help us to be boldly counterculture and embody true generosity as those who follow Christ. Teach us to give selflessly and sacrificially, and may our community continue to be a living example of generosity and joy, inspiring others through our actions and reflecting Your endless grace.

Early Access Application for NEw Students

Current CVCA students DO NOT need to reapply for next year due to Continuous Re-enrollment.

CVCA families who will be adding a new student for the 2025-2026 school year can now apply through the Early Access Application recently sent to you via email. Admissions season begins for the general public on October 1. Due to anticipated high enrollment, we encourage you to apply now to secure your place in the admissions process!

2024-2025 Chapel Banner

Every year, we choose a book of the Bible to study in chapel, and that becomes our banner for the year. In the Old Testeament, a banner something to rally people under. So even though CVCA students and faculty attend many different churches, live in different cities, and come from different backgrounds, ultimately, the banner we rally under is Jesus. We  are united because of Him.  This year, we are studying the book of Exodus with the banner “That You May Know.” Exodus 29:46 encapsulates this banner well:  “And they shall know that I am the Lord their God, who brought them out of the land of Egypt that I might dwell among them. I am the Lord their God.” In this verse, we learn the three-fold purpose for the things God accomplished in delivering His people:

  • Who He Is (Lord their God)
  • What He Has Done (brought them out of Egypt)
  • Why He’s Done It (that I might dwell among them).

We want our students to gain more than head knowledge about Old Testament stories. We pray that through studying Exodus, we will all experience Him more closely and see that, in many ways, the Israelites’ redemption is also our story.

Wednesday Morning Worship– October 2

All students are invited to join faculty, staff, and their peers on Wednesday, October 2 at 7:50 a.m. in the Chapel. We will worship together, focus on the Gospel, and pray for each other.
