It was the summer of 2005. I had recently completed my masters degree and was applying for area teaching jobs. I was aware of an opening at CVCA but had not applied nor was I connected to the school. One afternoon, to my surprise, I received a call from the Dean of Students asking if I would come interview for the position. The teaching position I was offered and accepted that summer was a position I didn’t even apply for. God has a plan, and I am grateful he called me to CVCA.
