We are so glad your student would like to visit CVCA! Student Shadow days are offered during the school year on Tuesdays and Fridays, 7:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., beginning September 17, 2024.

Student Shadow Day FAQs
Student Shadow Visit – For a Tuesday or Friday visit, please arrive between 7:30-7:45 a.m.
Family/Parent Tours – Please meet at our Welcome Center at your scheduled time and plan to be here for an hour.
*Please allow for extra time in the morning due to school traffic.
CVCA apparel is not required for our Shadow guests. However, we ask that our guests dress in modest and appropriate clothing. We find that our Shadow guests prefer to blend in with CVCA students. Our students wear khaki or black pants and a polo, quarter-zip, or hoodie. CVCA students can also wear T-shirts on Fridays. When you arrive that morning, you will find a circular driveway in front of our building. Please park in any open space along that circular drive and enter the building at the main entrance (between the flag poles). A photo ID is required for adults to enter our building. We will meet you at the Welcome Center to begin your CVCA visit.
Lunch is on us! We will provide a cafeteria voucher for lunch that day or feel free to bring your own. Chef Ben does offer accommodations for students with allergies. Please indicate any food allergies or special dietary needs on your Shadow Registration Form, or please contact our Admissions Relations Coordinator, Kelly Porter, at 330-929-0575, ext. 323.
