Schools of Distinction
Every student is uniquely gifted and on their own journey in understanding God’s calling on their life and how a career choice might be part of that call. While every School of Distinction has incredible core classes and projects, value-added opportunities called “Experience” opportunities elevate the student experience and maximize the impact of their SOD participation.
Students choose from a variety of “Experience Classifications” based on their changing interests and goals:
- EXPLORATORY: Designed to help students discern if a career in their SOD might be right for them.
- COLLEGE: Designed to help students discern potential college majors and/or get a head start on college prep coursework and required skills.
- CAREER: Designed to help students get an in-depth understanding of a career cluster through real world experiences in the field.
