We will start with first period at 7:00 p.m.

  • OPTIONAL CANVAS TRAINING – If you would like to learn more about our Learning Management System, Canvas, and how to effectively use it to monitor your student’s learning, a 30-minute demo-and-guide training session will be held in the Chapel before Back-to-School Night at 6:00 p.m.

Required paperwork can be found HERE under “Health Clinic.” If you have any questions, please email healthclinic@cvcaroyals.org.

Short-term Exchange Host Families Needed

CVCA will be hosting STEP (short-term exchange program) students from Brazil and Norway from September 12 to September 22 for our STEP program. They would stay over night at the host family’s home and the host family would be responsible for breakfast and dinner and rides to and from school. This an amazing opportunity for CVCA families. Questions? Contact Brenda Worth at bworth@cvcaroyals.org.

Helpful Tips

Sometimes Google forms are not accessible if you don’t have a Gmail account or are not logged into a Gmail account. CVCA is a one-to-one Chromebook school and we use Google for most things as it’s familiar for our students, teachers, and staff. For easy access to all CVCA forms and documents, we recommend creating a Gmail account, if you haven’t done so already.
