Do you like to laugh? Then join the Royal Fools for a FREE fun night of improv on Monday, May 5 at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel.
2025-2026 Host Families Needed for international students
CVCA will host international students for the 2025-2026 school year. We will host 4 junior students from our sister schools in Brazil and Norway. Some students will be here for the full year, and some for only the fall semester. If you are interested in hosting a student or would like to learn more, please contact Brenda Worth at bworth@cvcaroyals.org.

HIGH-SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS
Junior-Senior Prom – May 10
All juniors and seniors are invited to attend Prom on Saturday, May 10, from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. at Quaker Station (135 S. Broadway St., Akron 44308). Tickets are $45 each and will be purchased for through FACTS from Thursday, April 24 – Friday, May 2.
A parent-signed Prom Waiver is required to purchase ticket. Non-CVCA guests must complete a Guest Waiver. Waivers can be dropped off and tickets picked up in the Welcome Center lobby April 24 to May 2.

Summer Health Course for Grades 9-11
This summer, CVCA will offer a Health course for grades 9-11. The co-ed course will be taught on campus by CVCA Health instructor Mrs. Brandy Tepley from July 7 to July 25. There is a $500 fee for this summer course, which, like our fall and spring Health courses, meets Ohio’s graduation requirement for a half credit of Health instruction. Throughout the year, numerous college reps visit CVCA to meet with students, offer information, and answer questions. All reps are stationed in the Rasnick Center unless otherwise noted.

CVCA Golf Classic Opportunities
The Annual CVCA Charity Golf Classic offers a great way to support CVCA and promote your business. Become a Hole Sponsor and your logo or family name will be posted at one of the course’s beautiful greens. The June 2nd Golf Outing will take place at the prestigious Glenmoore Country Club in Canton. Register to be a sponsor HERE. The Development Office will reach out to you about your signage specifics and will send you photos of your sign after the outing.

Middle School Show Choir Open House and Auditions – May 21
The Middle School Show Choir will hold a Camp Open House on Wednesday, May 21 from noon to 3:00. All students who will be in grades 6, 7, or 8 in the 2025-2026 school year are welcome to come see what Show Choir is all about and to audition. ATHLETICS UPDATES
Royal Fundraiser at Buffalo Wild Wings – April 30
CVCA Athletics is excited to announce an “Eat Wings, Raise Funds” night on Wednesday, April 30 from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Buffalo Wild Wings in Cuyahoga Falls (3001 State Road). BWW will donate 15% of both dine-in and takeout food sales when an event ticket is presented. (Get your ticket HERE.) Gather your squad and plan to support the Royals. Remember to physically or digitally show your server the event ticket to be included in the fundraiser.
Girls Tennis Interest Meeting – May 1
The CVCA high school girls tennis team will hold an informational meeting about the 2025 season on Thursday, May 1 at 3:00 p.m. in Room 276. All high school girls interested in playing tennis in the fall should attend. Contact Coach Ramey at dramey@cvcaroyals.org with any questions.
Boys Golf Informational Meeting – May 13
All 8th to 11th-grade boys interested in playing high school golf are invited to a meeting on Tuesday, May 13 during lunches A and B in Room 104.
