Intentional About Tuition Assistance
We take a family’s investment in a CVCA education very seriously and understand the sacrifices many make to provide that education for their child. It is important to us to keep CVCA accessible to families while also maintaining the high standards of academic excellence that we have always aimed for.
This commitment to accessibility results in a tuition number unequal to the actual cost of a CVCA education. To fill this financial gap, we rely on The Annual Fund which is supported solely by gifts from our generous community.
Gifts to CVCA’s Annual Fund fuel the exceptional learning opportunities across academics, extra-curriculars, athletics, and the arts that provide our students with the skills and ability they will need to make a difference in the world.
Key programs that support teaching and learning depend on gifts to CVCA’s Annual Fund. These gifts help to maintain our library and labs, keep up with the latest technology, and introduce innovative academic programs such as our Schools of Distinction, School of Classics, and Jterm/Mterm.
Tuition alone does not cover the total cost of providing a college-prep education to each student. The Annual Fund ensures that all CVCA students have the opportunity to benefit from academic programs beyond the traditional classroom. It makes clubs and other extracurriculars possible for students to pursue their interests and talents. And, the Annual Fund supports our Student Ministries program, which is key in pointing our students and families to Christ, the center of all we do at CVCA.
The Annual Fund is an investment in our students’ successes — ensuring they are fully prepared for college and equipped to make an impact on their world.
Support of the Annual Fund reinforces our commitment to making a CVCA education accessible to families seeking a Christ-centered college-prep education.

Types of Gifts
Scholarships are a continuation of faithfulness and legacy. Many gracious people have created and invested in scholarships in order to serve students and help train and mentor the next generation of Christ-followers. They have selflessly given in order to memorialize the legacy of a loved one, award leadership and outstanding academic and character qualities, and help keep a CVCA education accessible.
There are several ways to create an endowed scholarship to invest in a student during their time at CVCA. Please call 330-929-0575, ext. 205 to begin your conversation today!
Giving to CVCA is easy online. Outright gifts by check or cash are immediately available for the school’s use in implementing a wide variety of daily programs and initiatives at CVCA. Donations are tax deductible. For any questions, please contact the Development Office.
Donating a publicly traded security, like a stock or bond, can make a bigger impact than selling the stock and donating the proceeds. If you have held the stock for at least a year, you can gift the stock to CVCA and avoid capital gains tax while also getting a charitable deduction for the market value of the stock. Please contact John Harabedian in the Development Office for more information.
You can double or triple the impact of your gift to CVCA through an employer-sponsored corporate matching gift program. Information on matching gifts is typically available in a company’s personnel or human resources office, or you can also contact Jennifer Meybaum in the Development Office.
Consistent donations are important to help sustain the ongoing work of CVCA. Royal Circle is a monthly giving program that allows members to set up an automatic and convenient donation payment from a credit card or checking account. As monthly givers, these ministry partners know their donations are put to work immediately and make a daily difference in the mission of Educating and Cultivating Servants for Christ. To set up a recurring gift, contact CVCA’s Development Office.
Gifts such as bequests and beneficiary designations on life insurance policies and retirement plans have long-term, future benefits for CVCA. Donors making such commitments become members of the Royal Legacy Society. Contact John Harabedian in the CVCA Development Office.
In-kind gifts enhance not only the resources of CVCA’s clubs, sports, and activities, but can also support the school financially through special events such as the Royal Evening. Please contact the Development Office with any questions.
Making a Memorial Gift is a wonderful way to remember an alumnus or friend by contributing in a way that continues to give to others. Gifts can be mailed to CVCA at 4687 Wyoga Lake Road, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44224.
