Pursuing Victory Beyond Competition
CVCA offers a broad range of high school and middle school athletic opportunities for all students. Our offerings include 26 varsity programs, 16 high school sports, 10 middle school sports, and over 60 total teams. The Royals program is composed of dedicated Christian coaches and excellent facilities. The school is a member of the North Coast Conference (NCC) at the high school level and competes independently at the middle school level.

The Royals program is comprised of dedicated Christian coaches who pursue excellence and top-notch athletic facilities that allow our athletes and teams to train well.

As a member of the Principals’ Athletic Conference (PAC), our athletic program includes 25 varsity teams that participate in the Ohio High School Athletic Association, and 10 middle school sports. The Royals program is comprised of dedicated Christian coaches who pursue excellence and top-notch athletic facilities that allow our athletes and teams to train well.

The competitiveness of our CVCA athletes and teams has repeatedly advanced the Royals to the state level and has produced many state champions. Many athletes go on to receive college scholarships and continue to compete in the NCAA and NAIA. Our ultimate goal, however, is that the world will see Christ in us as we compete, and that we would know victory beyond competition.

We strive to promote: working together in oneness to conquer fears, overcoming obstacles, looking for lessons and motivation in loss and humility and opportunity in victory, and honorably representing our Lord Jesus Christ.
AMBASSADORS FOR CHRIST – Athletics is a powerful ministry tool. We encourage athletes, parents, and coaches to view their abilities and roles as gifts from God and to seek ways in which they can minister to others through their participation.
COMPETITIVE EXCELLENCE – We are unapologetic that we strive to win, but winning is not the priority. The pursuit of excellence through daily commitment creates an environment of Competitive Excellence. Winning becomes a by-product of this pursuit and not the end goal.
