Fet a closer look at what makes our community so special at Family Preview Night. You’ll meet CVCA faculty and administrators, take a tour of our campus, and have an opportunity to get all your questions answered. We hope to see you there!
Applying for Admission
Your journey starts here! We are excited to review your application for admission and look forward to getting to know you through the admissions process. For the 2025-2026 school year, CVCA has adopted a new timeline for Admissions applications (at right). Please keep these dates in mind when you begin the application process.

Tuition Assistance
To apply for Tuition Assistance (Financial Aid), please see the CVCA Tuition and Assistance page.
Entrance Exam
As part of the CVCA application process, every student takes our entrance exam. Exams are scheduled for the following days: December 7, and January 8.
Important Application Notes
CVCA has adopted a new Admissions timeline (see below.) Please keep the following in mind:
- A complete application, including interview, must be completed by each deadline to be considered in that round.
- Students have two weeks to enroll once notified of acceptance.
- Each application includes a non-refundable $100 fee.
- An entrance exam is part of the application process.
- Admissions announcements will be delivered via email.
