SCHOOL-WIDE ANNOUNCEMENTS
Tuition Assistance Deadline – TODAY!
We understand that families investing in a CVCA education may need additional financial assistance beyond what the Ohio EdChoice Scholarship provides. The deadline to apply for Tuition Assistance is today, March 31, 2025. The Tuition Assistance Application can be found in your FACTS family portal. Please make sure you apply for EdChoice prior to applying for further assistance through CVCA.
Please contact Sarah Kuznicki at skuznicki@cvcaroyals.org, if you have any questions.
OEC Renewal for ALL Families
All families must renew their OEC application to CVCA through the Google Form on our website in order to remain eligible for OEC tuition dollars.
Simply go to our EdChoice Page for the forms and instructions required for renewal. Remember your OEC application renewal must be submitted to CVCA through the Google Form on our website.
- After we have processed your renewal forms, you will receive an email with further instructions to help you determine if income verification is needed.
- Most families will NOT need to submit income verification.
- Submitting income verification unnecessarily could cause a reduction to the amount of your OEC scholarship award, as explained HERE.
Please contact Sarah Kuznicki at skuznicki@cvcaroyals.org, if you have any questions.

All other students (middle school, juniors, and seniors) first period will start at 8:50 a.m. Non-testing students who must be dropped off early will gather in the Rasnick Center until they are officially released to first period classes.
Service Hours Due May 9
CVCA students are making their communities brighter, so far volunteering 34,000 hours this year! Don’t forget that hours are due May 9 and Bible Service gradebooks are updated periodically to reflect submitted hours. Students with 16 hours completed and verified in the Helper Helper assignment by the deadline will receive a “satisfactory” grade, which appears on official transcripts but does not affect GPA. For students to submit and verify hours:
- Open your Bible Service class in Canvas.
- Open the Helper Helper Assignment.
- Click “add past commitment” (include hours from last summer, too).
- Add details of when and how you helped with a non-profit organization.
- Enter a parent as the coordinator. Do not enter other people.
- Enter a parent’s cell number (best option) or email address.
- Press “Submit.”
- Make sure all previous entries have been verified by a parent.
- If a student signed up or served at the Royal Evening or other group event on Helper Helper, the CVCA event coordinators will verify the hours.
