With record enrollment and limited availability, now is the time for new families to apply for the 2023-2024 school year. Please invite your friends to apply (applications are on our website) and invite them to register for one of our upcoming Admissions events: Open House on January 27 and Family Preview Night on February 9. Class of 2025 Mission Opportunity – Sign up today!

We need more Class of 2025 team members to make this summer’s Philadelphia mission trip happen! If you have not yet signed up and wish to still be a part of the team, we have a Parent/Student Information Meeting this Thursday January 19 at 7:00 p.m. in the CVCA Cafeteria.  Please RSVP within the next 24 hours as we will need to make some decisions about the trip before that meeting. RSVP & MORE INFO HERE If we do not get to our needed numbers then we may have to push pause on the trip or explore other options. 
  • Who: Class of 2025
  • When: June 25 to July 1
  • Cost: $800 (Together we will send out support letters which should help lower this cost.)
  • Description: The trip is focused on serving in the Philadelphia community and thinking critically about how God’s Word speaks to social and spiritual issues. The extended experience of service, worship, and fellowship makes an eternal impact on our CVCA students and those they serve in the Philadelphia community.

Parent Connections Coffee Breaks for Royal Evening

Join us for one of these Parent Connections events to learn about Royal Evening and how you can get involved:

  • Friday, January 20, 7:45 a.m. at Nervous Dog Coffee Bar, 4161 Steels Pointe (near Rt. 8)
  • Wednesday, January 25 at 1:30 p.m. in the CVCA Learning Commons (sign in at the Welcome Center)

Malone University Scholarship Meeting – January 20

Malone University has created a special scholarship for CVCA students. Details are available HERE. On Friday, January 20, we will have a special lunch meeting at CVCA for any student interested in learning more.

Junior Royals Girls Cheer Event – January 21

Join us for our first annual Girls Junior Royals Cheer Event on Saturday, January 21. The girls will attend a cheer clinic at 10:30 a.m. to prepare for their halftime show at the Girl’s Varsity Basketball game at 1:30 p.m. Lunch will be provided. Registration is limited to the first 50 Junior Royals girls. REGISTER HERE

First Annual CVCA College Expo – January 26

Students and parents are invited to our first annual CVCA College Expo on Thursday, January 26 at 6:30 p.m. in the John Rasnick Center. Geared primarily for high school students, the event will include a formal presentation at 6:30 followed by time for families to meet with representatives of partner colleges, college athletic recruiting representatives, and school application specialists. Attendees will also learn about spiritual life resources for college students, the college financial aid process, and more!

Junior Royals Hockey Event – February 4

Don’t miss the first annual Junior Royals Hockey Event on Saturday, February 4 at the Dan Kostal Recreation Center. Junior Royals Club members will enjoy a hot chocolate bar, freebies, and an open skate with the Royals hockey team after the game. (Free skate rentals are available.) Registration is limited to the first 50 Junior Royals. REGISTER HERE

CCC Parent Summit – March 4

In partnership with Christ Community Chapel in Hudson, we invite you to the CCC Parent Summit on Saturday, March 4, 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The event is designed to equip parents with gospel-centered truths as they take on the challenges of raising their children in this culture. Each attendee will attend the general session, “Building Your Spiritual Resume,” and two break-out sessions. Session topics to choose from include:

  • How to Develop Critical Thinkers in your Middle and High Schoolers
  • Private School FAQ’s Answered
  • Raising Kids in a Sexually Confused Culture
  • Mental Health and Building Resilience in Your Kids
  • Raising Financially Literate Kids
  • Intentional Grandparenting
  • Raising Gospel-Sighted Kid

The Royal Evening – March 11

Mark your calendars for the biggest CVCA community event of the school year, the Royal Evening, on Saturday, March 11. We want every CVCA family to attend this annual event that celebrates God’s faithfulness to CVCA and raises funds for student tuition assistance! Tickets go on sale February 1.
