- Established in 1968, Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy is a private, college preparatory, nondenominational Christian School.
- Students enrolled at the Academy must fulfill rigorous admission requirements which include a record of high academic achievement, strong academic and character recommendations, an entrance exam (our average student scores in the 78th percentile nationally), and a personal interview.

- Since 1991, over 95% of CVCA graduates have been admitted to a large number of the nation's top public and private universities including: Dartmouth, Cornell, Brown, University of Pennsylvania, Columbia, Harvard Law, Princeton, Duke, The University of Chicago, Baylor, Northwestern, Purdue, Notre Dame, University of Virginia, the US Air Force Academy, the US Naval Academy and West Point Military Academy.
- CVCA graduates have also been admitted to many of the nation's top Christian colleges including: Biola, Calvin, Cedarville, Eastern, Gordon, Grove City, Houghton, Messiah, Moody Bible Institute, Pepperdine, Samford,Taylor and Wheaton.
